Shipping: F.O.B. Factory in Texas. Shipping is available via UPS, Federal Express, Parcel Post or truck line. If shipping is “Best Way” or not specified, Pepco will ship, at our discretion, the least expensive way to meet in hand date. Shipments are not insured unless specifically requested on PO. Pepco is not responsible for any freight arrangements made by distributor. Once shipment has left our dock, title is transferred to recipient. Pepco is not responsible for delays or damages by carrier. The distributor must make all claims directly to carrier within 15 days of shipment. When it is necessary for factory to ship parts of an order at a future time, the entire order will be produced and invoiced at the time of the first shipment. Freight will then be billed for each subsequent shipment. Split Shipments are $6.25 per destination. For C.O.D. shipments add $6.25 per shipment, plus all carrier fees for C.O.D. shipping. Pepco makes every effort to provide accurate freight quotes. However, factory is not responsible for differences in the quoted estimate and the actual freight charge. If the freight carrier notifies us of an incorrect shipping address, an address correction charge of $15.00 will be billed back to you.
Handling Fee: There is a handling fee of 1.25% on all orders. The fee is calculated on invoice total excluding freight and includes orders shipped Collect or Third Party.
Packaging: All products are packaged bulk. Special packaging is available at an additional charge. Call factory for details.
